Returning Clownfish

Due to the complexities of properly packing and shipping clownfish, we are unable to accept returns. Please make your selections carefully before checking out.

14-Day Guarantee

Every clownfish purchase comes with our 14-Day Guarantee! If your clownfish does not survive 14 days after delivery, PicassoClownfish.com will issue you a store credit for future clownfish purchases.

To qualify for our guarantee you must be available to sign for your package at the first delivery attempt. Refusal of order delivery will void any guarantee.

You will need to complete our guarantee request form for us to process your 14-Day Guarantee claim. A photo of the deceased fish will also need uploaded during the claim process. Photos must show deceased items out of the bag, out of water, and on a white background for guarantee activation.

Please preserve the clownfish while your guarantee is being processed. This can be accomplished by placing it in a plastic bag, sprinkling a teaspoon of salt over it, and then freezing. Your guarantee will typically be processed within 1-2 business days.

Store credit will expire after 24 months and cannot be combined with other coupons or promotions.

Shipping and box charges are not covered and are not refundable.

All claims must be submitted through our Guarantee Request Form.

 

Returning Food & Supplies

We will accept the return of new, unused food and supplies in their original packaging inside a suitable shipping box. Fish Food returns must be made within 15 days of the original purchase date. Fish Supplies must be returned within 60 days of the original purchase date. A refund will be issues to the original payment method. Please email [email protected] for instructions and a Return Authorization. A return shipping label will not be provided.
